Looking for Project Manager for IT Projects

Job description: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing IT and Networking Projects both for Angel’s Romania (www.creativeangelmedia.com) and UK & US (www.angelhs.com) offices and train our leaders and teams running projects. • Lead IT and networking projects on time, in scope and on budget delivery • Train the team on running projects • Execute, lead, review and troubleshooting Angel’s projects • Estimate size and follow up the work results (software modules/hardware resources) • Plan operating resources and technical equipment for Development • Implement measures in the case of (impending) deviations • Conduct (software-related) risk analysis • Technical release of the software for the various samples • Work on improvement of PM processes and tools • Supervise and maintain relationships with clients throughout the project • Collaborate with both Romania and US teams for standardization and contribute to best practice sharing • Establish a process for project visibility, forecast and projects prioritization Job requirements: • Bachelor degree in a technical field of study: Computer Science, Informatics • Minimum 3 years of experience in extensive Project management skills • PM Certifications optional • IT infrastructure and Project knowledge in medium to complex environments • Advanced English skills in communication • Team leader capabilities • Good team player with strong communications skills in international environments with customer orientation skills Job offer and bonuses: • Opportunity to travel to the USA for work • Joining with a team will qualify you for $$$ reference bonus • Training and Certifications are encouraged and rewarded. • Bonus $$$ system (reference of customers, new employees , projects on time, and many others) • Employment anniversary bonus • Flexible hours Base Pay: 1000$ for right candidate and bonuses up to 1000$ extra each month!
